Win32:Cycler-T is a malicious computer Trojan which exploits vulnerabilities found in the Microsoft Windows platform. Win32:Cycler-T may cause the system to freeze when Windows is warming up. Win32:Cycler-T may also sporadically restarts the computer before warning the unwary user that the system needs to recover from serious errors.
