W32.Facedrest is a malignant self-replicating worm that circulates by sending a link to a copy of itself to all contacts in the affected PC user’s Facebook account. Once executed, W32.Facedrest will add files similar to or the same as the Firefox extension. W32.Facedrest then sends spam emails that carry an infected link which points to a copy of itself to all contacts in the PC user’s Facebook account. W32.Facedrest also connects to a remote website. Delete W32.Facedrest in order to protect your computer from harm.
