Scoot

17 December 2009 9 views No Comment

Scoot is a trojan that downloads malicious code from the Internet and executes it on the infected computer. This may install other parasites or otherwise damage the system. Scoot also collects some system information and transfers it to a predetermined remote host. The trojan can inject itself into legitimate processes in order to avoid detection. It secretly runs on every Windows startup.
