It pretends to be a legitimate spyware removal tool, while in reality, it’s a complete fake that uses scare tactics (pop-ups, fake system notifications, falsified system scans) to get the user to buy it. Usually, MalwareBot wrongly identifies legitimate network programs as threats on your computer.
