MalwareBot is a corrupt anti-spyware parasite designed to scam its victims by scaring them into buying its full version. It pretends to be a legitimate spyware removal tool, while in reality, it’s a complete fake that uses scare tactics (pop-ups, fake system notifications, falsified system scans) to get the user to buy it. Usually, MalwareBot wrongly identifies legitimate network programs as threats on your computer.
MalwareBot is a scam and should be treated as such: do NOT download or buy it and block malwarebot.com using your HOSTS file.
