How to Remove Spyware; Spyware and adware infection on your computer will lead to many other dangerous trojan virus infections. It is very important that you remove spyware and adware as early as possible to avoid trojan virus infection.

If your computer is inefcted with spyware and adware, you will get many unwanted pop-ups with ads and also messages which states that your computer is infected with trojan virus etc. You will also find that your computer background image changed without your permission to show some virus infected warning. Your Internet browser homepage changed and it redirects to unwanted websites. Your google searches will bring unrelated search results. Your computer performance becomes slow and many windows features disabled. Finally Spyware and adware infections will make your computer unusable for you. So you better remove spyware and adware from your computer before it destroys you PC.                                                                                                                                

1. Open Internet Explorer >> Click on Tools >> Click on Internet Options. Delete Temporary Internet Files, cookie, off line content and Reset.

2. Disable System Restore - Right-click My Computer and select properties. Turn off System Restore on all drives.

3. Download and install new Anti Virus protection software. Download AVG Free Edition which is a highly acclaimed Anti virus protection software. If you already have a Anti Virus protection software, please uninstall it and restart the computer. Install AVG Anti Virus protection software and update the program's virus definitions. Don't scan for viruses yet.

4. Download and install Malwarebytes' AntiMalware and update its definitions.

5. Download, install SUPERAntiSpyware and update its definitions. Don't scan now.

6. Download and save SmitfraudFix to the Desktop. Don't scan now.

7. Reboot computer into Safe Mode - Restart your computer and gently tap the F8 key repeatedly before Windows loads. Select Safe Mode from the resulting menu. Safe Mode disables much of the startup routine (including some common Malware
hiding places).

8. Run the AVG Anti Virus protection software and Heal or Delete any virus detected.

9. Run SmitfraudFix.exe and select the option 2 and follow the on screen instructions. Then select the option 5 and continue. Then Exit.

10. Run Malwarebytes' AntiMalware and SUPERAntiSpyware Malware Scanner. Run both malware scanners sequentially and delete malware found.

11. Reboot and turn System Restore back on. Enjoy your Spyware free computer.
